8. Call data, voicemail, and transcripts

To provide the service, we may process call-related data such as call timestamps, duration, routing information, and service status. If voicemail or transcription features are enabled, we may also process voicemail recordings and transcript text. We use this information to deliver the feature, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality and security.
